Sweet Potato Chunky Chips
Sweet Potato Chips, a good light carbohydrate....

Ingredients:
Sweet potato,
Rape seed oil,
Butter,
salt & pepper and or smoked paprika or cayenne pepper
How to:
Wash your sweet potatoes and cut into chunky chips leaving the skin on. 1 large sweet potato per person. Heat your baking dish / frying pan with the oil and butter in it then put your chunky chips in to bake or fry for 15 mins or until they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Once cooked, sprinkle with salt, pepper and or smoked paprika / cayenne
