Oranges
Another really easy and delicious pudding, careful making the caramel

Ingredients:
Oranges - 1.5 per person
Sugar
How to:
Peel the oranges taking off all of the pith. To do this slice off the bottom and the top of the oranges to stablise them and then cut down and around the sides of the oranges, leaving the orange whole but without peel or pith.
Slice the orange thinly creating circles of orange, catching the juice and put the round slices of orange and juice into the bowl or bowls your are serving in. Either a large bowl or individual bowls.
To make the caramel, put the sugar into a clean saucepan and heat it up on a medium heat. Do not stir it, you can use the pan handle to move the melting sugar around. When all the sugar has dissolved evenly and turns to a caramel colour, turn it down and keep an eye on it as it will turn into a burnt caramel mess very quickly. When you see it is a good light brown take the pan off the heat and pour it onto the oranges. Be very careful as this is now a very hot substance and if you spill it it will burn you badly.
The Caramel will harden over the cold oranges and become brittle it is ready to serve! Simple and delicious! To pimp this up a little bit, try adding chocolate chips, or sliced almonds or even a little orange liqueur sprinkled over the oranges before adding the caramel. But keeping is simple and very good.
