Ice Cream

This is so easy no ice cream machine and ...fun to try!

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1 can of condensed milk
600 mls double cream

How to: Mix the vanilla extract and salt into the condensed milk. Pour the cream into a large bowl and whisk until thick and quite stiff.
Then mix the condensed milk mixture and the whisked cream together until they are combined and pour the mixture into a freezer container (tuppaware box/takeaway plastic container) and put the lid on or you can use a large loaf tin, lined with clingfilm and also covered with cling film and freeze (approx. 6 hours).
